Carl O Mahony & Co are experienced in managing all forms of employment disputes including unfair dismissals and other statutory claims before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Rights Commissioner Service, the Labour Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Equality Tribunal, as well as all forms of civil claims including claims for breach of contract, wrongful dismissal, injunctions restraining dismissal and restraint of trade injunctions before all levels of the civil courts including the High Court and Supreme Court.
